An amazing Olympic Cauldron, made up of 205 copper pedals each one representing every country at the games and when the individual stems are lifted together you get one united flame. I’m sure it won’t long before its Sir Danny Boyle. The games kick off today with 19 different sports being staged across London, heres a short list of what’s hot: 08.15 Shooting, women’s 10m Air Rifle qualification 10.00 Cycling, men’s Road Race 19.30 Swimming, men’s 400m Individual Medley final 20.09 Swimming, women’s 400m Individual Medley final 22.15 Basketball, women’s Great Britain v Australia
